Dear Heart;

I opened my facebook today. The place is busy. Jejemons are the favorite topic. While a lot of people are having huge discussion. I stumble upon a status message of a friend “Just because your not committed in any romantic relationship, it doesn’t mean it could keep you away from heartaches…” and I think it is also connected to the status of another friend “Job for the jobless… home for the homeless… bakit walang nangangako ng heart for the heartless?”

It is been a long time since I was a single. I thought single makes you free from any heartache because you can do anything you want but I am totally wrong. It makes me realize that people who are not in a relationship are more hurt than couples in a relationship. The pain of being lonely and the pain of trying to find the special someone.

You think they are happy but if you start to talk to them about love, they will not hesitate to let you know what is like to be single and lonely.

Heart please tell our other friend cupid to shoot his bow to them. I hope they will find the love they are longing to have.
